Privacy Policy
Last updated July 1, 2026 · The short version: we only use your info to run your trip, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Booking details you give us — your name, email, phone number, trip date, and any notes. We need these to hold your boat and get in touch about your trip.
- Anonymous usage info — like most websites, we may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Facebook (Meta) Pixel to understand how people find us and whether our ads are working. These tools use cookies and collect things like the pages you visited and roughly where you're browsing from. They don't tell us who you are.
What we do with it
- Contact you to confirm and run your booking.
- Process payments securely (card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store your card number).
- See which of our ads bring people to the site, so we don't waste money on ones that don't.
What we never do
- Sell your information. Ever.
- Send you marketing you didn't ask for.
- Share your details with anyone except the services that make the site work (our booking database, payment processor, and email service).
Cookies
Cookies are tiny files in your browser. We use them for the analytics and ad measurement described above. You can clear or block cookies any time in your browser settings — the site still works fine without them.
Questions or want your info removed?
Just ask — email johnspasspontoons@gmail.com or call (727) 608-9740 and we'll take care of it.
